Have some fun while you honor those who have served our country at the annual Salute to the Veterans Concert on Monday, September 17, 2018, from 6:30 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. This year’s event will be held at the Boys and Girls Club of Clifton.
Food, Fun, Music & Dancing
This year’s Salute to the Veterans concert will feature a performance by the big band sounds of One More Once. In addition, there will be the annual Veteran’s processional, food, desserts, and dancing in a USO Canteen style setting. The whole event is a wonderful trip back in time in tribute to our veterans.

The best part about the Salute to the Veterans concert? It’s free! That’s right. All that is asked is that you bring non-perishable food items to be donated to St. Peters Haven or any of the needed supplies being collected by Clifton Cares for soldiers abroad. Of course, financial donations are always welcome.
Note that parking will not be available at the Boys and Girls Club of Clifton until 6:00 P.M. on the night of the concert. In the event you need to arrive prior to that time, a shuttle bus will run from the City Hall parking lot and the Elks Lodge.
Hosted by the Clifton Recreation Department
The annual Salute to the Veterans Concert is hosted by the Clifton Recreation Department. According to their website, the recreation department is a “branch of the City of Clifton designated to service the recreation, health and fitness needs of the community.” The Clifton Recreation Department offers a wide variety of events and resources for area residents ranging from children all the way up to senior citizens.
