Poke Bowl Ingredients

Begin by grabbing the ingredients. This poke bowl recipe requires:

  • 1 pound of sushi-grade ahi tuna, diced
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
  • 4 cups of cooked brown rice
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1/4 cup of light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of sriracha
  • 1 cup of cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup of carrots, shredded
  • 1/2 cup of shelled edamame
  • 2 large avocados, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of black sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of green onion

Making the Poke Bowl

Take out a medium bowl and add the following:

  • Diced tuna
  • Soy sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • Rice vinegar
  • Honey
