There’s no denying that high school sports are a big part of Jersey culture. After all, what better reason is there to support kids in our community and enjoy a little team rivalry?

2018 Sports Awards
The awards, presented by NorthJersey.com, will be given on June 14, 2018. The event will take place at the Bergen Performing Arts Center. The red carpet opens at 6 p.m., and the awards show begins at 7 p.m. Please make plans to be seated by 6:45 p.m.
Mike Piazza has been selected as the keynote speaker at the awards event. This National Baseball Hall of Fame inductee will share wisdom and encouragement with students. For some, this is a chance to see a lifelong role model.

The awards ceremony recognizes the top athletic accomplishments across North Jersey high school sports divisions. Along with awards and contests, there will be a special appearance from the celebrity guest. Food will not be served during the event; however, soft drinks, water, and snacks will be available for purchase.
