- 3 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 3 large eggs
- Kosher salt
- 2 carrots diced up
- 3 green onions sliced, divide white and green parts
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of minced ginger
- 4 cups of cooked long-grain rice
- ¾ cups of frozen peas
