How to Make

In just 15 minutes, you can have crepes ready to serve. To start, you will need 2/3 cup all-purpose flour, ½ teaspoon salt, 3 eggs, 1 cup of milk, and 5 tablespoons of butter. In a large bowl mix together your flour and salt. Next, add in your eggs and use a whisk to mix everything together. After, pour in your milk and whisk until you have a smooth batter. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and place ½ tablespoon of butter on the pan. Pour in a small amount of crepe batter and swirl it around in the pan. Let it cook for one minute until it loses its shine. Once you are finished with your first crepe, keep making the rest of your batter. Make sure you use ½ tablespoon for each crepe serving. This recipe makes ten delicious crepes, so there’s definitely enough to share.
